Bob Anderson is a widely respected corporate executive who joins the Realty Guild in 2009. After many years in marketing and technology, he chose to pursue a career in real estate to fulfill his interest in architecture and real estate investment.

As a long time resident of Wilton, Bob has extensive knowledge of the residential offerings throughout New Canaan, Darien and Wilton. His approach to real estate is both intuitive and analytical. He easily explains the pros and cons of a particular property in comparison to others on the market. He is adept at viewing real estate as a market and putting into context the multiple factors that influence quality and value.

Bob has relocated eight times in his life and has a deep appreciation for the personal and financial challenges of relocation and can empathize with the stress that moving places on families. He feels the tight time frames involved in relocation make it important to have defined priorities, a search plan, and a dedicated professional to assist in the execution of the search for a new home. 

Bob holds a BA from Lehigh University, a MA in Behavioral Science from Montclair University, and an MBA in Information Science from Golden Gate University. Prior to his corporate career, Bob worked with Senior Citizens and has personal knowledge in the needs of seniors who required special care. He serves as a mentor in the Danbury Schools and is on the Board of Directors at Green Chimneys in Brewster NY, which provides animal therapy, care and treatment to children with special needs.
