Recently awarded The 2006 President’s Award and the Realty Guild’s Top Producer of 2005, Kelly Kraus has a passion for real estate and an attention to detail that enables her to meet her client’s needs with the utmost of efficiency (2008 article on Kelly Kraus). She also has unbeatable local knowledge. Kelly relocated her family from Manhattan to New Canaan 9 years ago. Raising her three boys in New Canaan has given her insight into the many benefits New Canaan has to offer.

Prior to joining the Realty Guild, Kelly honed her marketing skills in the advertising world in New York as a Creative Director, where she won a Clio Award. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in English, Kelly is a member of numerous boards here in New Canaan.  She is now serving on the Board of Directors of the New Canaan Board of Realtors and the New Canaan High School PFA. She is a past president of the South School PTC.

In her spare time Kelly enjoys traveling, including a recent trip to Africa, and spending time in her family’s second home in Amagansett, NY.
