Extensive experience in marketing, advertising and staging homes has made veteran broker Gail Fournier- Utschig a proven winner. She has been in real estate for 25 years and has won numerous awards, including Top Sales Producer at Toll Brothers an impressive six straight years from 1992-’97.
Gail’s real estate expertise includes 15 years of experience in new construction for land development, home design, interior design, material selection and contractor coordinating. Her husband, Christopher, is Vice President of Land Development Northeast for Toll Brothers, Inc. She has extensive knowledge and experience working with clients 65-and-older and assisting them with their unique housing and lifestyle choices.
A resident of New Canaan for 4 years, Gail is the mother of two young girls. She is involved in a number of non-profit organizations, including as a past vice president of the Connecticut Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and a development coordinator for CRIS, an organization that reads newspaper and magazine articles on the radio for the blind.
In addition to her professional career, Gail enjoys traveling and has trekked solo in Nepal, China, Guatemala and throughout Europe. She also runs marathons, including the New York City Marathon twice, and has competed in triathlons in Westchester County and New Jersey. |
