Art Duel needs no introduction in the Fairfield County real estate world. He is a seasoned veteran having enjoyed a highly successful 11-year career in real estate sales here at the Realty Guild, winning the New Canaan Realtor of the Year honor in 2004.  Before becoming an agent he was a real estate attorney for over 30 years. He was a founding partner in the law firm of Duel and Holland and, as an attorney, attended to over 7,000 closings. His expertise in the field of real estate law has helped him to mitigate the stress of a real estate transaction for countless clients.

Art’s professionalism is well regarded by his peers. He is currently the President of the New Canaan Board of Realtors and the Regional 1 vice-president of the Connecticut Association of Realtors.  Other than brief stints living in France and Germany, Art has lived in Fairfield County most of his life.

Art’s pursuits outside of real estate have been equally impressive. He has his commercial pilot’s license. He has been a ranked tennis player, as well as being an avid golfer. He founded the American Classical Orchestra. He is a wine expert. He’s been vice president of the Northeast region of the Boy Scouts of America and head of the Eagles Scouts in Greenwich, CT. But while he is well-rounded, real estate is his passion and he’s eager to help his clients achieve their real estate goals with as little stress as possible.
